Cornflake Tart
The gluten free cornflake cake is a northern favourite! Usually with a shortcrust pastry but I’ve decided this pairs extremely well with our shortbread biscuit base. It’s a biscuit base, traditional strawberry jam and topped with sticky syrupy coated cornflakes! So good and the way to eat it is warming it up and adding custard…hot or cold…it’s your choice to decide!
