Terms of delivery
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are baked and decorated on Monday/Tuesday and usually sent out on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday orders are baked and decorated on Wednesday/ Thursday and usually sent out on a Friday. If it can be done sooner, it will :) and they are so worth the wait! Bank Holidays may affect the above.

We ship orders via Royal Mail tracked and EVRI. These services state 1-2 working days for delivery from dispatch for Evri & Royal Mail 24h tracked and 2-3 working days for 48h tracked. This is just a guidance from Evri/Royal Mail and your order is not guaranteed to arrive within these timeframes. Nat's Kitchen will not be held responsible for delays caused by Evri/Royal Mail.

Returns Policy
We really hope you love your cakes and really appreciate your business. However, If you are not happy with my products, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that as the products are perishable, returns will only be accepted in certain instances i.e. if the box has been completely destroyed. Please also note that slight damage will not be accepted for returns or refunds. All returns are paid for by the purchaser unless prior agreement from Nat's Bakes Ltd is obtained.
