Are Nat's Kitchen Cakes suitable for home freezing?

Yes! Just make sure you cling film them before doing so.

How much notice do I need to give for a personalised brownie slab?

Please order a week ahead of your required delivery

date and put a note on your order to confirm the date required.  

How long do orders normally take to despatch?

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are baked and decorated on Monday/Tuesday and usually sent out on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday orders are baked and decorated on Wednesday/ Thursday and usually sent out on a Friday. If it can be done sooner, it will :) and they are so worth the wait! Bank Holidays may affect the above.

How can I track my order? 

Please take a look at your shipping confirmation which

will contain your tracking number.

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Couriers depending on the weight of the parcel.  

Can I add a message to my order?

Yes please add your message on the notes section during checkout. 

Is a paper invoice sent with the parcel?

No, everything is done electronically. Should you require a copy of an invoice, then please just let me know.

Can you ship anywhere in the UK?

Yes, including Northern Ireland! 

Can I collect my order?

Sorry, this is not an option at present.

Yes, 5 stars.
