That's right, I've lost another 1.5lbs Yayyyy!! And my measurements have gone down again. So in 2 weeks I've lost 4 pounds and 1/4. Not bad at all!
I'd say my partner is pretty lucky because I give him a mix between energy balls and protein bars for his lunches and he came back from work the other day and said "Your products really do keep you full until Lunch time!"... -_- ...Does he think I just say it for the sake of it?! Of course they do! My sweet treats are full of nutrition and contain all of the foods that take longer to digest and contain heaps of fibre!
