This is a talllll layered cake! Fudgey chocolate sponge with layers and layers of chocolate ganache and then covered in a milk chocolate ganache. Please note our matilda cakes vary in the amount of layers, we eather use thinner, cake and taller or thick cake that might look less but its all the same in quantity !!
